Acton estate rebuild approved by Ealing Council

The next stage of rebuilding South Acton estate has been approved by Ealing Council.

The estate is a stone’s throw from Acton Town Piccadilly Line station on Bollo Road. The new-builds are being branded as “Acton Gardens”. In total 2,500 homes will be built by L&Q Housing Trust and Countryside Properties as part of the this scheme, which is labelled as stage 9.

Overview of the vast scheme

This stage will bring 68 homes, which breaks down as 18 x 1 bedroom, 37 x 2 bedroom and 13 x 3 bedroom.

The entire project is forecast to take 10 years to complete.
